If you have not received an invite to set a password, or have done so and are denied access, please use the "I forgot my password button" to initiate a password reset email.
If, after trying the above, you continue to have issues accessing this tool or need to request an invite for a new user please contact the TestRail Admin Committee on Slack #sw-tcm-admin.
